Porch Painted & Under Porch Access Door Built

My Boston Handyman received a request to build an access door under a porch. The porch was several years old, and a large amount of debris had accumulated underneath it, and without an access door, the owner had no way to clean it.

After reviewing the pictures, we also offered to help paint the porch along with stain the trim to prevent any wood rot that would be costly to repair down the road. The owner agreed, and we were able to install an access door so they can now clean debris from under their porch. In addition, we did stain the trim pieces a vibrant burgundy color, painted the trim white, and the base of the deck a lighter color.
