We are currently hiring for both a Handyman Apprentice and a Handyman with extensive General Contractor experience.

We are looking for a Handyman Apprentice to help our senior Handymen while onsite with projects.

• This person ideally has 1-3 years of experience, or graduated from a technical school with a concentration in General Contracting (Yes, technical high schools count too!)
• While experience would be helpful, we focus on the non-tangibles that are the core tenancies of our business: Make sure your customer is #1, always communicate clearly and transparently and never accept anything but perfect work.
• Because of our core values, you have to be able to pass a background check and drug screen, and you have to have a clean and valid drivers license.
• We are looking for people that are interested in making a career out of being a Handyman, and is eager to work hard.
• Starting pay for this role is $20/hr – $25/hr with the ability to earn overtime pay. Company phone and power tools (either Dewalt or Milwaukee) will be provided over the tenure of your employment.

We are looking for a Handyman with General Contractor experience to tackle some of the larger projects our clients are requesting (think bathroom remodels, replacing a deck, finishing a basement, and more). This would be in addition to general Handyman duties while larger projects are not in the pipeline.

• This person ideally has 10+  years of experience in residential and light commercial construction and/or being a general contractor
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical along with contracting and building best practices
• Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License is preferred
• We focus on the non-tangibles that are the core tenancies of our business: Make sure your customer is #1, always communicate clearly and transparently and never accept anything but perfect work.
• Because of our core values, you have to be able to pass a background check and drug screen, and you have to have a clean and valid drivers license.
• Starting pay for this role is between $34/hr – $40/hr with the ability to earn overtime pay.
• Newer company van and company phone will be provided over the tenure of your employment
